Internet Speeds

Download speed is the rate that data is transferred from the internet to your computer. This speed gives you the ability to download movies, songs, or documents. Upload speed is the rate that data is transferred from your computer to the internet. Upload speed is used for sending e-mails, video chatting, or sending data files. Both download speed and upload speed are measured in megabits (Mbps) per second. Most residential users need faster download speeds than upload speeds.

To evaluate the speed that will best suit your needs, several factors such as the number of users, types of activities, patterns of use and number of devices must be consider.  Depending on your location and connection type, different packages may be available to you.  We recommend calling to speak with a customer service representative to discuss your internet habits to best determine which plan is right for you.  Having a specialized analysis will ensure that your are placed with the package that best fits your needs.
